Shipping is free for all orders! Please allow 7-10 days for delivery and up to 48 hours for order processing.
We offer UPS Expedited: 5-7 business days for delivery for a flat rate of $12.99; FedEx Expedited: 2-3 business days for delivery for a flat rate of $29.99.

Please note, that there is sometimes a delay in tracking with some carriers. If you do not see updated tracking information after 5 days of inactivity, please then contact our customer service team. We will reply within 24 hours.

We ship only to the Contiguous USA, excluding orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and other non-contiguous U.S. locations.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to
check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us
at support@rahmory.com with your name and order number, and we will reply within 24 hours.
